Clean Gutters

Why cleaning gutters are important?  If water is left standing in gutters, the water will overflow and seep into the boards of your house causing more damage over a period of time. Algae and moss can form. Its a place for mosquitoes and other pests to start breeding.  Roof leaks.  All of this may occur, which can eventually cause major damage to your entire house or building.

 

 

Clean A/C Unit Coils  

Many do not know that having clean coils will give your air conditioner better performance and will keep in operating longer.  Imagine having a clogged line and continually expecting the line to stay clear of any debris or other trash.  It's the same with air conditioning unit coils, they too need to be cleaned and maintained.
